What do you like best? Canto has saved me countless hours. I am keeping up on keeping detailed tags, so I knew I will be able to locate that file easily for years. What do you like best? First off, their customer service is amazing. I have a direct contact with someone at Canto and it's a breeze to get help with anything that comes up. Including questions that I have while I was discovering and learning the system. Our company needed a DAM system that was advanced. Very useful tool and very intuitive for all levels of users. Great organizational structure/framework; great customer service; great development team - they listen to users' feedback and further develop the tool based on user requests and suggestions.

I can't even imagine how many hours I will save since implementing this software. My company has nearly seven years of content on one non-searchable server. When we needed files it took hours and days to find what we needed. And in some cases we knew the content existed, but couldn't locate it so we had to redo it. What do you like best? The best things about it are the storage, navigation, as well as the organization of the items you need stashed away and easy access for. I have certain assets or documents that I have to separate from one another and then I share those links to certain vendors or clients. I am a huge fan of the collections option. Canto is user-friendly and the customer service is also very good. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for digital storage solutions!

Solid DAM

Canto lets us distribute images and resources to our dealers and reps quickly and easily. It streamlines the process for them and for us internally, saving hours of serach, edit and email time. It also allows us to keep our image library up to date very easily.

Great Data Asset Management Software

What do you like best? The easy of use of this product is awesome. There isn't a significant learning curve to getting things set up. The most time spent is on uploading and cataloging assets which has to be done on any platform. What do you dislike? This is a minor complaint but I would like to see a preference or setting feature that allows the admin to extend / shorten the amount of time that a user can stay logged in without getting logged out from the system.
