Canto is a great way for our organization to house and file all of our photo and video assets.

Great Tool

Canto has been a great tool to implement. It's a great way to organize and store files. I like that I can access it from anywhere and not have to deal with connecting to a server.It's super easy to find files and saves me from hours and hours of searching.Smart tags are pretty obnoxious and useless. I wish it was easier to make those go away. They just keep coming back.

A great tool that improves efficiency, quality, and communication

What do you like best? Canto has allowed us to have better interaction with our requestors. It's easy to use, expandable and customizable. I can't imagine my daily workflow without Canto. What do you dislike? Portals are a great way to segment your users, but the way that Canto counts storage use when using portals makes them challenging. Easy as Pie

I love how user-friendly Canto is. It's easy to tag, find, and manage content. It is great how you can share certain folders with certain entities. Not all of our content can be shared with agencies, retailers, internal folks, etc. so being able to manage who sees what is great.

What do you like best? I like that I can drag and drop folders and albums to reorganize when needed. The tagging and filtering features are top notch. You can relate files to one another and share links with people outside of your team for viewing and downloading. What do you dislike? I wish I could make the thumbnails a little larger when browsing, but not a dealbreaker. The cropping and resizing functions are confusing and don't produce the results I would like. Stepped Up Our DAM Game

We had been using a simplified asset management system, but realized we needed something more robust. Canto was able to deliver what we needed. We needed something that was easy to use, had the ability to add many users for internal access as well as the ability to share externally, and needed very good cataloging/search tools. A huge improvement to efficiency and client interaction

Canto has changed our process for storing, reviewing, and sharing digital assets in such a fantastic way. It allowed us to combine a number of disparate storage products into one integrated, easily administered location. We love it and so do our clients. I can't imagine my daily workflow without Canto!
