Canto is a great way for our organization to house and file all of our photo and video assets.

Great Tool

Canto has been a great tool to implement. It's a great way to organize and store files. I like that I can access it from anywhere and not have to deal with connecting to a server.It's super easy to find files and saves me from hours and hours of searching.Smart tags are pretty obnoxious and useless. I wish it was easier to make those go away. They just keep coming back.

We needed something that was easy to use, had the ability to add many users for internal access as well as the ability to share externally, and needed very good cataloging/search tools. Canto has helped organize all of our digital assets in one convenient place that internal and external stakeholders can easily access. Easy as Pie

I love how user-friendly Canto is. It's easy to tag, find, and manage content. It is great how you can share certain folders with certain entities. Not all of our content can be shared with agencies, retailers, internal folks, etc. so being able to manage who sees what is great.

Great Solution for Digital Asset Management

What do you like best? I like that I can drag and drop folders and albums to reorganize when needed. The tagging and filtering features are top notch. You can relate files to one another and share links with people outside of your team for viewing and downloading. What do you dislike? I wish I could make the thumbnails a little larger when browsing, but not a dealbreaker. The cropping and resizing functions are confusing and don't produce the results I would like.
