Canto is a great way for my company to share the images that I take company wide. They are able to see the images by category in folders, and I can set restrictions for images of products that are no longer sold.

Great Asset Management System

What do you like best? Canto makes it easy to upload files and create metatags quickly to make your files search friendly. Sharing single files or entire folders is quick and easy. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve to navigating the system once you have hundreds of folders and files uploaded. I wish there was a way to color code the folders instead of everything being black and white. It would make it easier to keep track of the current folder you are in. ...

Canto is great!

We mainly use Canto to organize, store, and manage our extensive collection of in-house photos and marketing collateral, and it has been a great resource for that! I love that we're able to customize the platform to what we need so easily, and it saves us so much time. Their customer service is great and they're constantly rolling out new features!

Cango for phot managment

Canto has allowed us to create a centralized photo database. The organization is a nonprofit with project activities in more than 50 countries. Our field staff now have the ability to upload an access photos. We can share subsets of images with partners and funders. Canto helps us manage quality control. We have had a great experience with this product and have found the support team to be very responsive.

Canto is great for reviewing and sharing photos throughout the organization.

Pretty Good!

Working with a large organization, Canto makes it easy for us to organize and store pictures of any size (including TIF images). Anyone in our group can easily access pictures to download and upload picture from new projects. The Canto's customer service team has been excellent in providing trainings and answering questions when they arise.

Using Canto for over a year

My team has been using Canto for over a year. It's been a huge improvement over keeping our photography library buried in a series of subfolders and has made it easier for us to share and store photos and videos with vendors, partners, and colleagues. The UX has steadily improved over the last year with a few quirks that aren't too bad once you get the hang of it.
