We started using Canto about 2-3 years…
We started using Canto about 2-3 years ago after our DAM went out of business. There have been a few glitches along the way, but overall, Canto is a very user-friendly, reliable way to organize our images. It's easy to tag with metadata and to share with our team.

Canto Keeps Our Organization Organized
Canto has helped my organization keep our data assets in neat and orderly fashion with a ease of search and tagging our mass collection of photos we store. I would most definitely recommend Canto to any organization that has a need for searching through and storing many large photos.

We've had Canto for a few months and it has helped us with our assets and manage the access to our sales force. We love the portal feature.Asset management has been easier since we transitioned to Canto. Our sales force has been able to access the portals with ease and in one location

Canto is great!
We mainly use Canto to organize, store, and manage our extensive collection of in-house photos and marketing collateral, and it has been a great resource for that! I love that we're able to customize the platform to what we need so easily, and it saves us so much time. Their customer service is great and they're constantly rolling out new features!

Great Asset Management System
What do you like best? Canto makes it easy to upload files and create metatags quickly to make your files search friendly. Sharing single files or entire folders is quick and easy. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve to navigating the system once you have hundreds of folders and files uploaded. I wish there was a way to color code the folders instead of everything being black and white. It would make it easier to keep track of the current folder you are in. ...

Cango for phot managment
Canto has allowed us to create a centralized photo database. The organization is a nonprofit with project activities in more than 50 countries. Our field staff now have the ability to upload an access photos. We can share subsets of images with partners and funders. Canto helps us manage quality control. We have had a great experience with this product and have found the support team to be very responsive.

Pretty Good!
Working with a large organization, Canto makes it easy for us to organize and store pictures of any size (including TIF images). Anyone in our group can easily access pictures to download and upload picture from new projects. The Canto's customer service team has been excellent in providing trainings and answering questions when they arise.

Canto can save you time!
As we've gotten more and more people within our organization logged into Canto, the amount of time spent tracking down assets and getting pieces out to those that need it has been so much easier! The search and metadata functions have been super helpful and the time spent tracking down assets for people is no more, and people are able to spend their time to better other parts of the business as well!
