Canto is a very user friendly platform

Canto is a very user friendly platform. I do not know how I was able to work without it! I use it daily to upload and share thousands of assets for customers and suppliers

A good product to start with in digital asset management

Canto has made managing our digital assets and sharing across our design team and enterprise far easier than with our previous tools. It automatically makes metadata searchable, and it's pretty easy to import assets from old systems. I'd like more integration with Adobe Creative Cloud software. There is an InDesign plugin, but similar tools for other programs would be helpful. Canto Review

Adding and sharing files to Canto is quick and easy. I love that files can be downloaded immediately, no matter how large the file may be. This has helped create a smoother workflow for me and my colleagues. I have been really happy with my experience so far!

Great way to have a centralized image gallery!

The simple design and intuitive interface of Canto makes archiving and retrieving images or other documents quick and easy. When onboarding images, take the time to properly tag everything so finding specific photos later on will be easy. Once you begin typing a tag into the search filter, images will begin to quickly populate the desktop are of Canto's user interface. Despite being an online archive, thumbnails appear faster than if I were simply browsing my PC using Windows Explorer!

Excellent Program. A must have if you are a marketer

Excellent program to house your collateral material. Its simple and easy to use and search for files. I work for a regional company and this makes sharing and downloading marketing materials easy.

I like the ease of use

I like the ease of use. The navigation is very simple. Also the ease of sharing data amongst different departments in our company, as well as with our retailers.

Easy to use

Easy layout in order to understand how to set up reviews and send out emails. Simple interface and setup. Would recommend to colleagues and other companies to capture accurate reviews of your services.

Canto digital asset management tool makes my life so much easier.Pros: Easy categorization and tagging of media.Powerful search capabilities.Incredibly easy sharing of assets with clients and vendors.Cons:I wish that information was better presented to the end user so certain asset data points (photographer, credit info, etc.) are more prominent and unmissable.Canto helps with digital asset management and distribution. Easy control of our thousands and thousands of images, videos, etc.
