"No more expensive mis-hires"

What do you like best about Canditech? In the past, we had made a couple poor hiring decisions that truly cost us a lot of money and time. Mis-hires are damaging to all companies, but for a company our size, a poor hiring decision can be especially detrimental. Canditech has really helped us be confident we are hiring the right people. As the tests we create are an actual simulation of the future job, we know exactly how the candidate will perform and know for sure they are the right fit.

"Super flexible solutions for R&D"

What do you like best about Canditech? Everything with Canditech is so easily customizable. We use Canditech for our home projects that simulates the work we do in our team, which aren’t exactly coding-challenge questions, but multi-day or multi-hour projects (you can also remove time limits).

It is so easy for us to see each candidates’ scores on the assessments and make quick thumbs up/thumbs down decisions on whether or not we should move forward. It’s also super easy for the hiring manager’s to leave their comments on the candidates’ tests.
