"Good company to deal with"

What do you like best about CANDDi? Easy to use, the layout is far better than other systems we've used in the past. Feels like you get a much more personalised feel with the interactions with the staff and they are very helpful and accomodating.

What do you like best about CANDDi? I like their customer service - I don't get to use the system often enough and therefore forget what I'm doing to get the best results, and they help me!

Flexibility & responsiveness - when we signed up, there were a few things that didn't quite work as we expected or new items that would make the lives of our global sales teams a little easier. The team at Canddi was very responsive - they listened and fixed things.

What do you like best about CANDDi? I like that CANDDI allows me to identify who visited our website. Many trackers we've used in the passed stop at company level which is useful but when companies are big, with potentially 100s of employees based all over the world it doesn't help us connect with those people. CANDDI helps us do that.

What do you like best about CANDDi? Canddi provides very useful insights on traffic to your website, the source and the time on site, the pages viewed and the time on each page. With a combination of cookie tracking and IP lookup it can identify users who submit a form, comment or download or click on a tracked link or email.
