"Simple but powerful"
What do you like best? Ease of use. Camtasia is a tool we suggest to users that have some ability to record and edit video, but we know wont' be able to move to a more robust tool. What do you dislike? Some of the presets with the new version are bad (it tries to record video in the highest quality possible not considering places using low or mid tier machines for editing). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives us a powerful tool to ...

"Great for screen recordings of tutorials and demo videos"
What do you like best about Camtasia? How easy it is to get started and the amount of features! What do you dislike about Camtasia? I dislike that the saved format by default is not an video format but a Camtasia format. Recommendations to others considering Camtasia: Consider the price and value for money because it can be expensive compared to free screencapture options. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? I record for our blog and we need walk-through videos ...

"Great product that is easy to use"
What do you like best about Camtasia? Camtasia is a really easy product to use. I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to capture and record their computer screens. I use it to record demonstrations, presentations etc. I like the fact that you can chop out sections of the video and splice the joins together to easily remove coughs and ums and ahhs etc - something most presenters have difficulty with. What do you dislike about Camtasia? There's not a lot to dislike, if ...

"Camtasia"
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use! I used it for the first time recently and the tutorial was great!! I had to make a video compilation and self taught myself within 10, minutes. What do you dislike? I don’t dislike the program. I dislike the tediousness of video editing. Watching the same 5 second clip over and over again can be very boring but there’s so nuch you can do with camtasia! Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely use it! "The best user-friendly editing software"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I've been using Camtasia for years and I'm quite sure it's one of the best programs for video editing. While it's not for proffesional use and I wouldn't recommed it for, for example, making a shortfilm; for those who need little promocional or instructive videos for their company it's the best option. It's best point is that it's very easy to get used to it. Its features are really visual and absolutly not complicated, but don't think this will limit ...

"Easy to use Video software"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I love how easy it is to use camtasia. I have a little experience with imovie, but camtasia is just as easy to use for me. It's also great for screen capture and making product training videos. What do you dislike about Camtasia? The only thing I dislike about camtasia is that it was confusing at first to decide what format I should export in. Maybe that's more of a me problem though. I wish they had default audio choices to choose from. What problems ...
