"My everyday tool for tutorials and video editing."
What do you like best about Camtasia? Camtasia offers video editing with a GUI very easy to understand, very intuitive, and with tools to help you get things solved quickly. Compared to other non-Adobe video editors like Filmora, VSDC, and PowerDirector, Camtasia does not offer that high technical (like VSDC or PowerDirector) options but still produces video quickly with transitions that do not look cheesy (like PowerDirector). Compared to Filmora, Camtasia has a way better tech support ...

"Camtasia is awesome!"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I love that Camtasia is easy to learn, but has depth to do big projects as well. What do you dislike about Camtasia? Camtasia doesn't have all the features that the high-end software does (like Premiere Pro), but they are expanding the features and soon it will be there!! Recommendations to others considering Camtasia: Camtasia is easy to jump in and learn, but there are many levels to advance and become an expert. While someone could jump in and start, ...

"Camtasia Just Keeps Getting Better and Better"
What do you like best about Camtasia? The simplicity of Camtasia and the new features it has to offer. It makes the process of creating tutorials very easy yet incredibly powerful. What do you dislike about Camtasia? Nothing. The latest version is well thought out. The only thing I wish they would do, is to allow users to download the master Camtasia Demos so that they can be broken down and examined for learning. Recommendations to others considering Camtasia: Do your research and make ...

"Good for small editing and screen recording"
What do you like best about Camtasia? Screen recording is good when you don't want much features, it is lightweight and very easy to use with limited features, which are needed most of the time. Video editing is also easy, just drag and drop, with limited features and also some annotations and animation, which can fulfil basic requirements. So it is the best software if you are a light user with basic requirements but if you need extra and need to tune in the voice along with wide arrays of ...
