"The fastest and easiest to use video editing software."

What do you like best about Camtasia? I have used multiple video editing packages for more than 20 years. I use it mainly to edit recorded webinars for posting on our website. The editing isn't too complex, although I will sometimes have many layers to add explanations and adjust graphics. Camtasia is the simplest and most efficient tool for this kind of linear editing. What do you like best about Camtasia? The screen records work really well. That feature is excellent. What do you dislike about Camtasia? The built-in editing is not robust enough a feature to justify using it over traditional NLE's. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? It used to help us create an effect that we use in every video, though we switched to the Adobe suite in recent years.

What do you like best about Camtasia? I love the ability to set the size of the screen to be recorded. Also, the ability to zoom in on the timeline when editing content is wonderful. What do you dislike about Camtasia? I wish there were a good option for text to speech using Amazon Polly for narration. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? I am using Camtasia to convert live instruction to virtual, repeatable lessons with software demonstrations.

What do you dislike about Camtasia? I wish finding assets for use in Camtasia was easier. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? Camtasia allows me to create polished and engaging productions to help hold my staff accountable for their learning.

What do you like best about Camtasia? It contains 99% of the features most people will ever need - from screen & camera recording to slicing, trimming, transitions, annotations and effects. This is just great. For many of my youtube videos Camtasia is completely enough. It also has some features I haven't seen in other products e.g. Premier Pro - you can easily smooth the movement of your cursor, make it bigger, highlight it and many more. What do you like best about Camtasia? Ease of use, intuitive design. almost no learning curve, and price. What do you dislike about Camtasia? I would like more encoding options, and I would like to get a file size estimate before encode. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? I no longer need to pay for or use Adobe Premiere Pro. Camtasia does almost everything I need for video creation in a fraction of the time, with professional results.

What do you like best about Camtasia? I am a recent user of Camtasia using 2021 and 2022 and also Snagit. I use Camtasia a lot nearly every day to produce online tutorials - mainly video editing of clips, various animations. The features I use the most are the timeline to organise video clips, stills, test and annotations and also the behaviours. I dont use Snagit as much as I would like, only due to the work that I do.
