"easy and powerful"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I Like that it's easy to edit videos. Really nice functions are: Change the mouse to a laser pointer. Make effects if you have mouse clicks. Change your camera to a circle (I admit that it could be easier to get this function, but it's possible). And the best thing you can change any effect and save it for favorites (also audioeffectd and so on) Another thing: you can get it as a LifetimeDeal! You don't have to pay the yearly fee if you don't wanna ...

"I use Camtasia... like Every Day."
What do you like best about Camtasia? Camtasia is pretty easy to use all around. I can record my screen demos and annotate different things. Their software is pretty deep if you get into it, but the most important things are right there. It's designed pretty well. Small year-over-year improvements like the magnetic delete keep me coming back and renewing my subscription. USA based customer phone support has been nice to deal with. What do you dislike about Camtasia? The way projects are ...

"Video editing focused on screen sharing"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I only have options I need for making screen capture videos. What do you dislike about Camtasia? Some things are not as obvious as I would like. Sometimes you have to do an extra step to access a feature that would be in the same place in other more general video editors. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? Need demonstration videos of our product. Camtasia easily captures that video and gives me tools to editing and ...

"Easy to Learn and great support"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I started creating training videos almost a decade ago with Camtasia. I learned the software and how to edit video and sound without any formal training. Camtasia made that very easy. What do you dislike about Camtasia? The only issue i have had with camtasia was going from version 7 to 9 the project format was different so files could not be moved from one to the other. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast and easy ...

"Very simple to learn Video editor / screen capture"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I had used multiple different video editors (unprofessionally) in the past. When being trained in my position what my current company uses was Camtasia. It was extremely easy to adapt and understand right away. We have been using for 5-6 years now. In the past I had issues with some video formats, masking videos was always a challenge but with the latest updates most of all concerns have been fixed and everything works great. Also love the youtube ...

"Video Editing Software"
What do you like best about Camtasia? Very intuitive and easy to use; good tutorials and ample help available on Camtasia website. What do you dislike about Camtasia? Some add-ons are marketed/sold as separate products rather than being included with the core software (e.g., background music). What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? Standardized training content.

"An easy-to-use screen recording software with additional functionality"
What do you like best about Camtasia? Editing is very simple. Shows mouse and mouse clicks on screen record. Smooth recordings. What do you dislike about Camtasia? I wish there was an option to mark source videos in and out before adding to the timeline. Wish there were more options for text overlays. A bit simplistic editing, but it's also what makes it easy to use. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? Camtasia easily displays screen recordings, along with ...
