"Great Tool for Recording Lectures"

What do you like best about Camtasia? Camtasia is great. I love that it's easy to use and that the editing portion of the software can be used by pretty much anyone - you don't need training to figure it out. They also have some nice tutorials. What do you like best about Camtasia? What I like best about Camtasia is that you can record your video, and then immediately go in an edit it to match what you need for your purposes. I haven't used other video editing tools, so this is all I have to go off of, but other users at my company create their own videos and send them to me. I then open up their video in Camtasia and check for sound quality, if it's too quiet, I can increase it to a more apt volume, same if it's too loud. I can ...

The best thing about Camtasia is that it is easy enough to use to just record a screen and audio, but as you needs get more complex you can continue to layer in features and functionality. What do you like best about Camtasia? I love the easy-to-use drag and drop timeline capabilities. Recording audio as you record a screen cast is very easy to do. Overall, it's a user-friendly program that is easy to learn! It's also simple to add assets to the media library. The provided items are quite helpful, as well. What do you dislike about Camtasia? "Very intuitive and easy to use. I got the hang of the software within a day of using it."

What do you like best about Camtasia? I like how you can use the Zoom tools to work out kinks in your recordings. The real issues I have faced include my voices "catching" when I record and I am able to get rid of any strange breaths I take or hitches in my voice. I also love how easy the layers are, because it can be kind of hard to use layers (such as in Photoshop).
