What do you like best? The most helpful thing about CallTrackingMetrics is their customer support. Multiple times I have had to reach out to them and every time they were incredibly helpful. What do you like best? I like how accurate the call tracking attribution is. We've not had any problems with tracking various sources. The software is also pretty easy to use. What do you like best? The feature set is super comprehensive. There are things we didn’t know we needed in a call service until we started using CTM. Although it is a bit confusing at first, their customer service is great and once you get acquainted with the system it is actually very easy to use. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lots of data is captured and compiled for easy and informative reporting. We're able to track all of our calls from multiple sources, and directly attribute revenue to each source. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy and seamless technology that I do not have to think about when using. The most useful thing about the software is the app I have on my phone. I am able to be away from my desk and accept incoming calls from current customer to new prospects.
