What do you like best? recorded calls. knowing additional features available as needs increase. What do you dislike? learning curve to get started is somewhat complex What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ability to easily route and reroute calls allows for offsite access and flexibility.

Doesn't Work With Google Adwords

What do you like best? Really nothing to like and we used it for 15+ months. Spent thousands of dollars and our clients received not benefit. What do you dislike? User interface is cumbersome. Customer Service never solved any problems. Just sent links for us to figure out ourselves. I'd rather buy a number from Twilio and redirect it. This is the best call-tracker I've ever used!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This was a surprisingly easy tool to learn. It was also nice to know that if for some reason I'd run into walls, the customer support team is always available to help. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I love the idea of it and have had a subscription for about two or three months, but haven't had a chance to actually use it yet. What do you like best? CallTrackingMetrics provides a great way to track calls and determine which prospects turn into actual leads. What do you dislike? Nothing negative to report at this time. Great Service for the price

What do you like best? I love that you can order as many numbers as you need. They also allow you to set up a fully customization of call center services. They are friendly and very eager to help you figure out how you need your system set up. If you cant figure something out their support team will walk through it with you! What do you dislike?
