What do you like best about CallTools? Martin was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered What do you dislike about CallTools? I didn't like the zoom training when I signed up. The guy explained it as if I've already used it and was familiar with the functions. Moved too fast for me to follow along. "Great customer experience"

What do you like best about CallTools? The very personal handling of my concern. First, it was Drey, then I was endorsed to Crizzy who's been very awesome in helping me get the fix I need. She was very knowledgeable at what she does and is clearly an expert in her craft. What do you dislike about CallTools? The wait time in calling the Philippine hotline. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Account creation (mulitple clients)

"Very Helpful Representative"

What do you like best about CallTools? Martin was an extremely helpful representative that got me up and running on calltools. He can be eligible for higher compensation for the amount of value he provides if that's an option. What do you dislike about CallTools? nothing - support call went great. Martin is great at his job. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Martin got me up and running today - much appreciated.

"Great technology and dependable service"

What do you like best about CallTools? The back end support and their timely response to address issues. What do you dislike about CallTools? There are occasions when the system goes down. File/data storage could be more sophisticated. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? How to optimize our platform to get the most out of our data. The biggest benefit is when we are able to really maximize our connection rate on our data.

CallTools has made a huge difference in our business, we've only been using it for a week and we're seeing an increase in our conversion. I love the support I'm getting from the team too. Sean and the Team have been very helpful and responsive. There were 5 companies we were considering, I never regret choosing CallTools.
