Fantastic product. One of the best predictive dialers I have ever worked with. Setup with the end user in mind, and the software allows you to customize all the settings to what exactly you need. On top of all that, Call Tools.com has friendly, effective, and professional Customer Service, and I got to talk to a real person who was interested in helping solve my issue. Stand up company, exceptional customer service and onboarding process. Having worked in customer service my entire life, I take more notice when I receive over the top treatment. I cant say enough about James and his professional, skilled, and attentive customer service. I'm new to using technology for making my cold calls and his help and guidance was priceless and made the transition easy.
