Fantastic product. Best Predictive Dialer I have used

Fantastic product. One of the best predictive dialers I have ever worked with. Setup with the end user in mind, and the software allows you to customize all the settings to what exactly you need. On top of all that, Call Tools.com has friendly, effective, and professional Customer Service, and I got to talk to a real person who was interested in helping solve my issue. Rare to have such a dedicated Customer Service team these days. Thank you for the great product! Keep up the good work :)

Stand up company

Stand up company, exceptional customer service and onboarding process. Having worked in customer service my entire life, I take more notice when I receive over the top treatment. The kind that makes say wow when you hang up the phone. Really amazing. This company is on to something, whoever trains them knows what they are doing over there. Class A all the way.

I cant say enough about James and his…

I cant say enough about James and his professional, skilled, and attentive customer service. I'm new to using technology for making my cold calls and his help and guidance was priceless and made the transition easy. As far as the product, I was able to reach 5 times more customers than the old fashion way of using my index finger to dial. My business is booming thanks to James and Calltools!!! Thanks
