Excellent experience

Great platform , increased productivity

We examined multiple platforms and learned that CallTools has all the features , great support, very useful reports and tools . It truly helps us to train and manage our teams plus it is very easy to use. CallTools increased our call conversion and productivity and customer service while it kept us in compliance. I switched from Mojo to CallTools and…

I switched from Mojo to CallTools and it was task learning the new system but their online chat is very helpful and Ana made everything very easy and transition was smooth. Chase will go out of his way to help and if there is an urgent problem he will address it ASAP even if its after hours.

I've worked Chase Alcaraz who not only signed me up but seems to alway pick the phone up when i call. For me that's a big deal. Chase is incredibly helpful and knowledgable about calltools and does a great job educating and making sure everything is done before hangin up.
