CallTools deserves a 5 star rating because of 1) The product works exactly as was advertised by my account rep Chase Alcaraz who was extremely knowledgeable about exactly what my company needed to implement and exactly how CallTools was able to meet those needs. 2) The customer service is a cut above what I was used to at Celerity Telecom. The Absolute Best Call Center Software Dialer
The CallTools Platform is absolutely amazing. Beyond all of the amazing features that have allowed us not only to run, but scale our call center their customer service is amazing. The team at CallTools is very flexible and they are constantly coming out with updates and enhancements to strengthen the platform!

User friendly software and awesome…
User friendly software and awesome support staff when you have a question. They are quick to answer and patient with technology challenged people. There was a very small learning curve switching from another company to calltools and the support staff answered any silly question I had within an hour of my emailing that I needed help with this or that. It is much easier to use than the other software program I had for calling out to potential clients. Thanks, Calltools!

One very satisfied customer!
I’ve used Call Tools for over a year and my business has been Booming ever since. Not only is this platform the best auto dialer out there but also the best customer service AND support team. Chanie, my account manager, goes out of her way to make sure my ducks are in a row. She even replies to my emails at night.
