An efficient platform you can trust back by committed support. Shawnie Clark has been our account rep since we started using the system. She has been great! The back end team is solid as well. Ricardo Cancela will help us with integrated postings which can take a lot of time. He usually knocks it out same day! CallTools, is one of the best platforms to use to this day. It's quick, it's easy to setup your campaign. Easy to run your campaign and manage your data. Their staff is pleasant to work with and not pushy at all.

CallTools is interesting! It has been working out, I must admit though, it's an adjustment and slowly but surely, I'm feeling better about the whole system. What I appreciate the most is their customer service and support staff, especially Ana M. ! Everyone is great, kind, and super patient there. if your looking to get things done efficiently and fast! CallTools is the way to go! Everyone there is willing to work with you and help you with anything you may need help with, if you have lots of numbers to dial and you arent getting it done in a day, this will help you finish in hours
