"Working with my Account Exec Shaunie has been the best. Her attention to detail is unmatched!"

What do you like best about CallTools? I like the simplicity of it as well as the email/sms functionality. I also like the ease of set up. Shawnie had us signed up with logins all during her lunch break, wow! What do you dislike about CallTools? The reports aren't as detailed and we are unable to run multiple campaigns at the same time. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? We have solved the problem of being able to offer sms and email to our clients.

"Very helpful staff and easy to use."

What do you like best about CallTools? I liked the speed and ease of my set up. As well as the support of the team when a rare issue arises. They focus on retaining clients long term not just a quick set up and because of that they have great support. What do you dislike about CallTools? "Convert from Mojo here to share the love"

What do you like best about CallTools? Call Tools staff were super responsive and helpful. I worked with Shawnie personally and she was really fast at getting us up and rolling, making sure we had all the training we needed, and answering any question we needed. Call recording was an awesome feature we especially liked. Call Tools is built for a modern biz. Doesn't feel old and clunky like Mojo was starting to feel for me. What do you like best about CallTools? If you have 2-5 agents only and are taking a minimal number of calls, Calltools is definitely an ideal platform to use. With an easy setup with just username and password, your agent can start calling right away. It is web-based so as simple as going to the website and logging in using your username and password, you can now start taking in calls with the leads loaded by your superior. Must have!

As a new investor you need to make sure your keeping the costs down but getting the most bang for your buck and these dudes know how to get it done. My support/sales member/&/ motivater “Shawnie Clark” was super knowledgeable of the product and , helpful to how I should use it and how to set it up made the difference. Cost is less as well so that helped a ton as well! Over all great team and system; “GET IT!”
