I enjoyed using their dialer software…
I enjoyed using their dialer software for over 1.5+ year. It's perfect for my small business who was making around 20,000-30,000 calls per month. The thing I enjoy the most is it is robust and its customization features. The support team was super helpful in answering my questions when I need help starting out. I really enjoyed the training and the oboarding process as well. I recommend anyone who's looking for a powerful power dialer to give CallTools a shot.

What do you like best about CallTools? We really enjoy Call Tools. Great software, easy to learn and easy to teach. After reviewing and trying out many of their competitors we know now that we made the best choice! We have been using it for 2 months and could not be more satisfied. What do you like best about CallTools? The functionality of the system and the customer support. What do you dislike about CallTools? I don't think there were any major issues to complain about. There's a slight learning curve. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to create an automatic way to leave pre-recorded voicemails, sms, and emails to leads was very valuable
