So far so good
What do you like best? The data visualization is much better than my previous provider. What do you dislike? Porting my numbers took months, it was a nightmare really. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's not the cheapest but it has the features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to accurately track the leads I am sending to my customers.

Client loves the Transparency and Ease of Use. A must have for Automotive Industry
What do you like best? Being able to show call after call to the dealer, let them listen to the call recordings for quality control and also have a hand in tracking just how much call traffic they get and when is a huge asset. We give the dealer access as well as our marketing people so that at any time they see what we see. Adding numbers is a breeze and replacing the old number withing AdWords for PPC is also cray easy. Very flexible, useful tool for multi-channel marketing
What do you like best? Ease of set up when getting started and there are lots of tracking and routing features that we're not fully using yet! What do you dislike? Not able to delete voicemails - this is an issue. Need to file, or delete the inbound calls that are Junk. but right now can't. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking marketing ROI and campaign performance.

What do you like best? Best call tracking for the price. Call rail has the ability to add dynamic phone numbers to the website giving for view of customer behavior leading up to conversion. What do you like best? The information on where the call originated has been very helpful for us in tracking our marketing efforts. I've never run across another tool that will allow us this much insight into what web and/or print marketing efforts are paying off.
