What do you like best? The level of tracking abilities that not many other types of software can compete with. It's really good at providing unique #s to add to physical items (we don't use that much) but in combination with our website lead trackign capabilities, overall it's just a great software! What do you like best? Straight forward interface, easy to set up and track your calls. Great for seeing which marketing channel is getting you results. Works Great!

What do you like best? Love that it says when we are on a call/call is in process. The tool is easy to maneuver through. What do you dislike? Sometimes it provides incorrect data and we have to go back and adjust labels. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are making sure every call gets answered and treated with excellent customer service! We have used it for training and as proud example of our hard work.
