What do you like best? Irrelevant since I cancelled. Easy to set-up What do you dislike? The annoying thing was that all of their toll free numbers were driving people calling the wrong company, all of them were trying to reach the previous owner of that toll free number. What do you like best? Call Rail has been great for us because our staff is mobile and the call routing features allow us great flexibility while not sacraficing in tracking and call quality. What do you dislike? Not having the ability to have a fixed caller ID for each user What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The level of tracking abilities that not many other types of software can compete with. It's really good at providing unique #s to add to physical items (we don't use that much) but in combination with our website lead trackign capabilities, overall it's just a great software! Data from calls is fantastic!

What do you like best? We use CallRail heavily for call tracking across all of our 40+ locations. I think I have more than 1,000 tracking numbers in CallRail. We love the call recording and especially the automated call tagging based on what the AI hears in the call. That's a super way to help with reporting down the road! What do you dislike?
