CallRail tracks like a champ

What do you like best? I like that CallRail tracks our inbound calls and records them. Often, we need to go back to get a detail that was missed on the phone call. CallRail also allows us to track how busy a day was compared to last week, month or year. What do you dislike? I dislike the names under the caller ID “Contact” are last name first. Call Rail FTW

What do you like best? Call rail is easy to set up/implement. Execution on platform is very easy as is the reporting features. It also saves us a bunch of money compared to our last solution What do you dislike? Ive only been on the platform a short time but it seems limited when it comes to call center management and queueing and such. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed better attribution and call center screening/lead capture.

they hold you hostage & platform sucks

if you are looking to leave their services everything becomes impossible. There is no way to download all your past recordings before leaving.The reason why I left their platform to CallTrackingMetrics was: - search within their platform is slow - customer service is weak - buggy

Great all around service

What do you like best? CallRail is always so we suggested and I can see why. The service is rock solid, I love how easy it is to make changes to call flows, and listen to voicemails. I have never come across an issue with making outbound calls and so far this has been a great tool in my arsenal. What do you dislike? I think the ability to listen to multiple voicemails should be streamlined. I also wish there was a way to separate a phone number or two and grant someone else on my team ...

Great service and awesome support team

What do you like best? Callrail is very easy to learn how to use. It has awesome feautures and it has helped us track calls for multiple clients. We also have been able to setup some new tests. I love the company, but....

I love the company, they used to have a goof professional technical support. But some time ago something happens, looks like they moved all tech calls to a call center or similar. Ladies on the prone has no desire to help or understand, they just push you to read a support article
