Indispensable Service for a Marketing Agency

What do you like best? Form and call attribution are my favorite features. It makes it so easy to talk about ROI with customers. What do you dislike? I wish it was possible to set up notifications for events- like if a particular account is experiencing low call volume. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's made it much easier for us to prove value to our clients in lead generation campaigns.

What do you like best? Call tracker with whisper message that lets my customer know the source of the incoming lead What do you dislike? Linking number to Google phone EXT can be a bit complicated but this is google rules not setmore making it hard What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Attentive, Dedicated Customer Service for Agencies

What do you like best? They ALWAYS respond to our inquiries, and have provided us an account manager. They are extremely attentive to our needs. Proactive. As an agency we basically couldn't ask for more. What do you dislike? In the days of their pricing transition it created a really complicated situation for us to update pricing with clients. Lots of info, very valuable

What do you like best? the ability to track calls! The reporting has been very solid too. What do you dislike? The expense. We love the service so much but it get's very expensive - too expensive - to do everything we want to do with call tracking. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the guess work out of your marketing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking ROI. What do you like best? Callrail offers marketing campaign attribution like no other. I appreciate that numbers are easy to provision, and all the many integrations. What do you dislike? I do not like the graphical interface - I rarely use it - mostly because it takes me several clicks to build in the filters I need to make the graph/reporting valuable.
