Callrail is a great product that offers tons of insights into our marketing campaigns.

What do you like best? I really like the accuracy of call tracking and the ability to break down call conversions by source to see the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Easy tracking and management.

What do you like best? I have tried several different services like Trello and found that this was the easiest to use. The backend is clean and everyone on the team can access without issues. I also like the app it's very easy for on-the-go listening. What do you dislike? We've had issues with verification on GoogleAds over the last few weeks but I put that on Google and not CallRail. Callrail helps us determine the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

What do you like best? I like that by using the keyword pools, I am able to track many different sources of phone calls without having to create a ton of different numbers or spend a lot of time in set up. We often use callrail as a way to understand how our clients are answering the phones and converting our efforts into customers. What do you like best? This software has helped me greatly toward marketing attribution. I have been using Call Rail for about 3 years. It is easy to use and provides a wealth of valuable data. Great for tracking conversions - calls and forms

What do you like best? I like being able to see which keywords converted to calls What do you dislike? Wish I could see the name of the form that was filled out (we have several on our site and it's hard to tell without clicking to read the data submitted) What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The quick & easy dynamic number insertion is a great tool. SImply choose your target number and place the javascript tag. You can set multiple targets and set conditions for the insertion by using everything from landing page to arrival platform or by UTM parameter. What do you like best? The ability to actively track and monitor all inbound calls to a company. This has allowed for proper call tracking for our clients. What do you like best? I like that CallRail makes it super simple to keep track of marketing calls. You can route each channel to a separate phone number and know exactly where your marketing efforts are paying off. What do you dislike? CallRail uses Twilio phone numbers as their service relies on Twilio. The numbers being offered to you have been used hundreds of times by different companies.
