Excellent software for phone attribution and multi-touchpoint analysis
What do you like best? The ease of use and implementation, the ability to refer clients to their data in order to establish ROI on digital marketing. Additionally this product provides lead followup and keyword spotting which makes new intent base keyword analysis opportunities for SEO and SEM. the sheer number of integrations is also a plus. It was good, but it sucks now!
What do you like best? The software is user friendly, but I do not recommend it! What do you dislike? I used CallRail before, it had a lot of bugs, but overall was good. I tried to have another account there, but they were very unresponsive. It took me almost a month to have an account there! Their support sucked! Have been using for couple years already and service is getting better over the years.
What do you like best? There are many features I like on their analytics such as: you can add notes to every lead, there are thumbs up and thumbs down next to each phone number so you can track if they are real leads or not. Number is reliable you can set up account using local phone area codes. Great features and support
What do you like best? Great call tracking solution that implements dynamic call insertion to accurate attribute phone calls. I also really enjoy the call recording feature so that our clients and I can listen to the quality of the leads generated through our efforts. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The reporting views are easy to digest and customize for the data you need. I also like the process of setting up tracking pools and managing them.
