What do you like best? Everything is organized and flows nicely. The audio quality is very clear on the recordings. We have a log of the calls that we can click through. It allows us to train better. What do you like best? We track leads for our clients and attribution tracking for our campaigns. The system is great for tracking both online leads coming from various digital / PPC / SEO efforts as well as traditional media. A prior vendor offered a similar service - however it was much more difficult to manager and they didn't offer direct integration into Google Data Studio which was very important to us. It’s easily manipulated very straight forward and interactive!

What do you like best? I like the automated features that can’t be set up thru the cal system! I like the fact that you can call thru the system as well!
