They charge me for a service I never added to my account
Callrail is the most unethical business on this planet. They added a service called conversion intelligence to my account without my approval or authorization and charged me for it an extra $50/Mo until I discovered that last night and when I asked their support team to issue a refund for all the previous months that they had charged me for that extra service which I had never approved, they REFUSED it. I am contacting my credit card company to refund the unauthorized charge.

Beware of fake company!!
Beware of fake company!!I'm still in shock how this company could rip me off. They were convincing and supportive initially only to get my money and switch up on me. Honestly, I’m just glad I could work with kylierose 737 at Gee M,.to get the stolen funds back.

CallRail is the BEST phone tracking software out there!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create a phone number through their integrated dashboard for any of our dental offices and the phone number is active right away! What do you dislike? That I didn't find the software sooner- everything about it has been so great. Great for Tracking Phone Call Sources and Results
What do you like best? We are a retail business with multiple locations, so CallRail helps us know how many calls we are getting as well as record those calls for QA. It helps us to know which marketing mediums are producing call results, the quality of those results, and which ones result in sales. CallRail for Measuring Campaign Attribution and ROI
What do you like best? We track leads for our clients and attribution tracking for our campaigns. The system is great for tracking both online leads coming from various digital / PPC / SEO efforts as well as traditional media. A prior vendor offered a similar service - however it was much more difficult to manager and they didn't offer direct integration into Google Data Studio which was very important to us. Easy to Generate New Clients and New Revenue

It’s easily manipulated very straight forward and interactive!
What do you like best? I like the automated features that can’t be set up thru the cal system! I like the fact that you can call thru the system as well! Helpful tool
What do you like best? I like being able to monitor the calls and get e-mails when we have a voicemail. What do you dislike? Transcribing, does not work very well. Only issue. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to spend time learning all of the features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to better train cashiers with this tool.
