PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CallRail provides me with accurate data to my clients when it comes to phone-calls that the adverts on the websites are generating. We are able to present true value of our services by using the data. We have improved the customer retention numbers effectively. There is even emails with call-data and with recorded calls. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CallRAil is easy to set up and easy to use, I managed to install the program by myself. There are extremely easy and understandable instructions to follow. It is simple and intuitive tool with great capabilities. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The product is simple and easy to set it up, it is well organized and very customizable. Affordable and highly helpful product

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CallRail notifies us whenever the call comes into the tracking numbers. I’m able to keep track/listen the recording, to mark the call as lead, to take to my dashboard and add notes, in this way I’m able to look at customer journey. Horrible Customer Service

Their account rep David Bollinger sold us on using their platform and after they received the cc he basically left us out to dry. Did not help with the implementation of call tracking and form tracking. It took half a month to set up correctly. I emailed and asked for a prorated bill just to be ignored. Their account executives are horrible.Not to mention the platform is insanely expensive. The platform does have some great features, but good luck setting up the keyword report (which is why ...

Unsuited for UK Businesses I had been with Call rail no issues for around a year, Other than the porting issues at the start but then there was no need to contact them. When I updated my mobile carrier it transpired that Call Rail have limited working relationships with UK mobile providers, as such I was unable to forward calls to my new number.
