"Great Call Routing Platform"

What do you like best about CallRail? I've used Callrail for my businesses for two years now, and it does a great job at most things that I need it for with call routing, recording, and sending notifications. The customer engagement is phenomenal, and I get a lot of value from the informational resources and webinars that Callrail makes available.

"Level Up Your Tracking with CallRail"

What do you like best about CallRail? CallRail is super easy to use. I love that they offer scalable plan options to cater to your business needs. The internal support responds very quickly when you need support. The dashboard is very helpful but not super difficult to interpret — which is great for beginners. Being able to listen to call recordings and score leads is also a plus!
