What do you like best about CallRail? Callrail has finally given us the ability to understand our business. We know where leads are coming from, so now we have been able to build systems to understand who our best clients are and which of our marketing channels are actually profitable...and how much. It helps us know immediately if something is wrong with a channel because we know how it should behave. We love CallRail and I tell all my friends who really care about building a business about it.

What do you like best about CallRail? The ability to have options for Call Routing & leads flows is amazing! I love that we can have multiple different numbers to track out lead generation and lead sources, and each of those numbers can have their own call flow for lead routing as well. You can base it on timing, days and actual activity on the user as well.

What do you like best about CallRail? Call Rail provides accountability for phone call conversions that would otherwise be very difficult to track with the degree of certainty Call Rail can provide. Not only can we attribute calls to a particular channel, but we can also qualify the leads by reviewing the actual calls.
