What do you like best about CallMiner Eureka? I love that you can read the transcripts to further your discussion on ways to improve. The tools provides great insight into what associates say on 100% of their calls instead of a small few that may be manually chosen.

CallMiner is helpful with allowing our compliance department monitor calls that are happening within our organization so we know what areas need to be improved with our agents and mistakes that are made are brought to our attention so we can get them fixed.

What do you like best about CallMiner Eureka? CallMiner has been great for our call center in terms of improving customer service. We have built a World Class Call Score based on our mission. CallMiner has been able to help us really dive in and focus on the important pieces of the call and also empathy.

CallMiner allows our company to view consistency across customer interactions, assign quality scores at a higher rate than manual interaction, and review overall customer sentiment. The Eureka product is easy to navigate, allows for drill down across multiple categories, is easily customizable to any business need, and allows for creative concept to design thinking.

What do you like best about CallMiner Eureka? The power of post-mining and API to integrate with the external application is the most rewarding feature of the CallMiner Speech platform. The recent addition of Illuminate is big plus as it helps us create contents at a great accuracy and speed.

"Game Changer for Mining Consumer Insights"
What do you like best about CallMiner Eureka? We use CallMiner in many ways including replicating many QA scores, and evaluating agent efficiency and effectiveness, but as a consumer researcher, the most exciting thing for me is the ability to mine insights from language based on the many calls that come into our contact center. Without this tool, we would be leaving those conversations (and the value of them) on the table.
