What do you like best about CallHippo? I have not started using the product yet but they are very professional in helping out their customers What do you dislike about CallHippo? So far nothing. let me use it first to say anything What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about CallHippo? Amrik was very knowledgeable and insightful. Took me step by step pf what I needed to do and what functionalities I can have on my current plan. What do you like best about CallHippo? Had a very good call with Amrik as he helped me solve a problem I was having using CallHippo on my phone. What do you dislike about CallHippo? I was having an issue when placing calls from mobile where after about 2 minutes the other person could not hear me. Recommendations to others considering CallHippo: Very good option and fantastic support. What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficient communications via SMS and calls.

To be frank there are no dislikes to mention What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you? You don't need any person with call centre knowledge to handle the technical configuration. No Hardware maintenance.
