The best part about call hippo is the call recording feature which is beneficial for me to see what interaction I had or my sales people are having for any opportunities. What do you like best about CallHippo? The network is really good. Tried other platforms in the past but the call network used to break a lot. "Seemed Great. Turned Out Not Great at All!"
What do you like best about CallHippo? The Support Center answered quickly, but didn't really help. Interface was easy to use. What do you dislike about CallHippo? Issues with system. Multiple excuses for why it wasn't working. Charged for 7 users month after month even after telling support we were only showing 3 active. Instead of doing the right thing they argued why it was happening and still wouldn't assist in fixing the user issue, so they could keep collecting more money. Horrible ...
