What do you like best about CallHippo? I thought this would be a good idea. It may still be a good idea but not with this company. What do you dislike about CallHippo? What do you like best about CallHippo? I liked the features for the price but you pay for what you get. What do you dislike about CallHippo? Support was rude and they sneakily charge you for more minutes then you use. You have to spend time and effort reviewing your minutes. Awesome Tool For Business Communcation
PROS: Talking about virtual calling system, I bet none can beat CallHippo. Using it for more than six months now, I am amazed by its powerful functionality and efficiency. It makes call transferring and forwarding, an easy task. I can also extend calls to my team members and track their customer service. It's useful call analytics provide real-time data and allow me to take informed decisions. CONS: The IVRS software feature in not available yet. So they can work on it and make it available asap
