What do you like best about CallHippo? Reply to my concern was immediate. Online support works really well. Kind and understanding was Shubhi from CallHippo. She was really looking for the best way to deal with a mistake in the system and fixed the problem, as well as gave me contact to deal with other issues with the invoice. What do you like best about CallHippo? Owais Mirza on the support team was incredibly helpful. I had only one question left after reading the documentation for how to connect CallHippo to my CRM, Zoho. He was friendly and fast and got my issue resolved on the first try. What do you dislike about CallHippo? Only that I didn't find it sooner. Oh - actually, I would just add that I discovered it is possible on the Zoho CRM side to clone webhooks. "Convenient Service and Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about CallHippo? One can have US cell numbers, and the support team is great. Bhavin from support helped resolve my issues and was very knowledgeable in answering all my queries. What do you dislike about CallHippo? Sometimes SMSes are not delivered. Not sure why. What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you? I was able to port my US cell number to CallHippo, and use it to make and receive calls when I moved to India.
