"Fair enough app for calling"
What do you like best about CallHippo? The support was helpful. I don't use the app much so I had to check with their support people certain things. I was helped by Bhavin from callhipp for my concern. Can't say much about the software but it is working good enough for me. What do you dislike about CallHippo? What do you like best about CallHippo? We can see the time zone as soon as we enter the phone number of our customer. What do you dislike about CallHippo? Nothing, Maybe sometimes call drops. I liked the overall experience Recommendations to others considering CallHippo: Please consider using the callhippo. I really liked their support What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you? We need a tool to call our international customers with much ease.

Great functions!
PROS: This is a cost-effective and high-performing software for calls. The quality of the calls and recording is commendable, and exceeds the performance of its competitors. CONS: The user interface needs improving in terms of aesthetics. As for the functions, I have no complaints at all.

"Do not use call hippo - Only problems ahead"
What do you like best about CallHippo? We used Callhippo for about 6 months and below is our review: -We had 40+ users across 4 countries. Pros: The UI of the platform and reporting features are decent. What do you dislike about CallHippo? Cons: -The phone quality is bad -Calls drop 60% of the time -ALL my 40+ users were complaining -You know its a bad company investment when your employees TOP WhatsApp group is called" CallHippo Daily Issues" -Our Helpdesk TOP tickets became "call hippo ...

What do you like best about CallHippo? It's recording features and a user-friendly dashboard. What do you dislike about CallHippo? None so far. I believe before is the compatibility of my browsers but now it has been resolved. Recommendations to others considering CallHippo: Try call hippo if you wish to make your lives easier and stress-free. What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you? Since we are remotely working Call Hippo ties up together.

What do you like best about CallHippo? The support is very quick and there is no wait. Vijay did a screen share within a minute and fixed the problem himself. He seemed very knowledgeable in the internal working of the system, unlike other support agents I interacted with. Vijay also gave me cost-saving advice which was really helpful.
