They simply hate European customers…

The only reason it is not a flat one star is because the booking interface IS very sleek and clean. And that's about it.As a company, they clearly don't care about their customers. Especially those of us in Europe. This is a business tool and as such, we need to be able to download invoices with correct VAT information. They don't provide this ability. Non-existent customer service

Unfortunately, they are not a very customer orientated business. I sent many emails with an urgent matter but never received any reply or help. We use Calendly for patient bookings.

Unhelpful Software foisted on me by its Users.

Seems helpful. Isn't. I don't use it except when others insist I make appointments that way. I use Outlook for email and calendar.Last week I wanted to cancel an appointment I had agreed to but could find no way of sending an update without having to go back to my deleted items. Even then it was hard. Today, and I have no idea how it might be possible, I turned up for a Zoom meeting organised by someone else at 2.00pm, as show in my Outlook, only to find that the Zoom calendar shows 2.30. I ...

I did a meeting with this company they wanted feedback for ipsy products. And I would get a 25 dollar gift card for Amazon never received. I called the number the guy called me from vmail that's all I got. Beware. Hope this wasnt a scam I have a feeling it was.

The tool provides a sleek calendar…

The tool provides a sleek calendar interface for scheduling 1:1s and team meetings. We even use it as a shift planning tool for a coronavirus vaccination center.The usability is a bit iffy until one understands the concept. A bit more guidance in the tool would be helpful. But once you got the concept, it does the job very well. The support I received from Calendly was exceptional - the best tech support I have ever seen. Therefore 5/5 stars. Well done!

Absolutely sucks.

Absolutely sucks.So un-user friendly its a joke. All I was trying to do was change my available hours and it would have been easier to hack to morse code.I am looking for alternative options that do the same thing.Go elsewhere.

Waste your money somewhere else! Calendly interface and calendar integrations are incredibly confusing and despite being an IT head. Horrible software.

Using it for over 1 year and appreciate it a lot

What do you like best? I use free functionality and it is very good even in given scope. What do you dislike? Nothing. Literally. I would be happy to have some integrations in free version, but also understand that product needs to monetize. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just try it and make your own conclusion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Save time to schedule meetings

A simple, but extremely effective product

What do you like best? It's so simple. You set up the integrations to your calendar, set up the time slots you want to make available, and send the link to people for them to book meetings directly into your calendar.
