What do you like best about Calendly? other people have immediate and direct access to schedule on my calendar, without any visibility into what else is planned for the day. As an HR professional, privacy is important but so is ease of access.

What do you like best about Calendly? The tool is very easy to use and helps organize meetings before and after they happen. I love all the integrations and having all the customer and meeting information in one place. It makes it easy to create the next steps (tasks) after a meeting is complete as well.

What do you like best about Calendly? Intuitive and feature-rich, even as a free tool. The round-robin style options for our demo requests work flawlessly, and the ability to set working hours makes this process incredibly straightforward. It's been ages since I've run into a problem, and I genuinely love how easy it is to set up and use.

Customer support teams should have Calendly in their toolboxes
PROS: The costless version of Calendly is the best thing about the platform because I can access its important features without shelling out money. I also like that it can integrate with my personal calendar so I can keep track of my business and personal appointments and avoid conflicts. Furthermore, Calendly is wonderful in that it is customizable. It lets me add custom fields so that I can ask customers to leave me their mobile numbers when booking appointments.
