What do you like best about Calendly? When people schedule appointments with me and later decide to cancel, Calendly provides them the opportunity to tell why they are canceling. This is very helpful for me, as it helps me realize whether an appointment is being cancelled for my own misdoing or simply because the scheduler couldn't make it.
