What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I like that Calabrio is willing to make changes as necessary to accommodate our unique needs. I also like the ease of use and reporting features. What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? The ability to view my reps schedules and quality. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? We have been having issues over the past couple of weeks with it crashing. What problems is Calabrio ONE solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have rotating shifts to ensure phone coverage.

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? The cloud is cool being able to access anywhere. It seems to flow well without having any issues freezing up or shutting down randomly. It is relatively easy to navigate and has good customer support. They seem to always be adding upgrades and additional features. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Calabro One allows you to color code the different schedule items. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? The functions that were promised by the sales crew were not present in the actual product. We have had more down time from our WFM tool in the past few weeks than we had in over 3 years with our previous WFM tool. Likewise, some of the features that are present do not work as intended. What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Calabrio listens to their clients and what they want. They take their customers wants into consideration and will make upgrades to match what is being asked for. The software is also easy to use. I was able to learn the WFM software very quickly. What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I love that Calabrio allows us to import metadata from third party tools, which helps us to better understand the customer (and employee) journey.
