Visibility, efficiency and better management of human resources
What do you like best? That employees can observe in real time their days off and holidays saves us a lot of time in the area of human resources, since these questions are often very questioned by employees, but to have them in CakeHR do not need to ask anything. Good for holiday permissions /…
Good for holiday permissions / managementThe main use for us (a 26 person company is managing holidays and sick leave. We do use some other elements too e.g. Documents with permissions (we store staff contracts. Pretty easy to use but certainly could be more intuitive. The interface needs some work. But customer service has often been excellent. Overall pretty good and decent value for month.

Keep up the good work!
Guys providing great service. Very responsive and always helpful. We are in flight with CakeHR for the last two or three years and haven't noticed any issues so far.

Love it! Should have implemented it from the start!
CakeHR is a very easy and straightforward platform to use not just for admin but the team as well.The look and feel of the platform is great as well, and makes HR a fun part of the company.

Excellent HR Leave Solution
What do you like best? It really solved our manual request and approvals for leaves. The impossible paper trail is over. What do you dislike? I haven't found the problems, yet. We are still getting used to the system. So far it is working for us. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent Service, thank you Ilona!!
We've not used CakeHR for long, and whilst I cannot comment entirely on its suitability as we are still trialing it, I can definitely comment on the extremely high standards that Ilona and her team deliver. I've on multiple occasions requested new features and if it is something useful and they can implement it they will! I look forward to continuing to work with CakeHR and ensuring that we get value from our subscription.
