PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Before learning about HR, I used to depend on different tools to deliver different tasks. We are happy to be using Cake.hr with all its functionalities. The team is responsive and try to make the platform more customizable for the different countries, legislation, and individual companies' policies.

Management made easy
What do you like best? It's very easy to use, very intuitive, and the whole appraisal system was great. You receive email alerts when staff ask for time off, so it's easy to keep on top of it without having to log into the portal. You can set your appraisal form, and then it automatically generates reports/summaries which makes it easy as a manager to share. There is probably a lot more to it then what I use CakeHr for, but i'm happyu with it! What do you dislike? I feel that the ...
