Management made easy

What do you like best? It's very easy to use, very intuitive, and the whole appraisal system was great. You receive email alerts when staff ask for time off, so it's easy to keep on top of it without having to log into the portal. You can set your appraisal form, and then it automatically generates reports/summaries which makes it easy as a manager to share.
