What do you like best? I like that you can have multiple user on a platform and can communicate through the conversation log. What do you dislike? I don’t like that if I have multiple tabs open it continuously wants me to close out of them Recommendations to others considering the product: Could be easier to use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Utilizing this to keep track of clients

Easy to use LOS system
What do you like best? I like that everything is very easy to read and laid out in a logical order What do you dislike? The software can be very slow at loading screens. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very easy to use for LO's and Processors. Using the same system prevents miscommunication What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed an updated LOS system that was easier to use
