Lacking on features
Lacking on features, poor stats The only reason we use Buzzsprout was because it's serving as a hosting provider. Nothing really more. You cans set-up your web page using BUzzsprout, but yo can't access any visit information to learn about if you're really discovered or are the transcriptions/descriptions of the episode getting any traffic. Overall, I think the company is great! They respond in a timely manner to every email I sent. The price seems reasonable, considering what's involved in podcasting.

Great for new podcasters
Buzzsprout has an interface that's really easy and intuitive. We've used your customer assistance a couple of times and have found it to be really helpful and overall easy for us to fix issues. We like the features offered in our membership and find them really useful. You guys have really helped us produce a professional podcast that's easily accessible for all and super easy for us to produce and maintain.
