Very happy with Buzzsprout's service
Very happy with Buzzsprout's service. Love the Magic Mastering in particular which I believe sets it apart from other hosting services. The stats are also delivered in an intuitive fashion and highly detailed. Uploads are easy and intuitive as it is a very simple interface.

Very Impressed!
The set up was really easy and customer support responded quickly, promptly and professionally when I did have an issue. Which wasn’t even an issue, just me being an idiot! As I only launched my podcast this year, I found the “How To….” Guides really useful! I’m really impressed with Buzzsprout and I’m glad I picked them to be my host platform.

I'm basically a big dummy
I'm basically a big dummy, so the fact that Buzzsprout is intuitive and does so much of the work for me (RSS feeds, etc.) is a huge plus in my book. I honestly wouldn't know where to begin without this platform. My one complaint would be that I pay for Magic Mastering, but I often have to go through multiple rounds of tweaking to get various inserts (musical excerpts, audio clips, sound effects, etc.) sounding as balanced as they do in my Audition session. Could improve on analytics
Would be great to get more precise analytics for in-house reporting. E.g ability to enter specific dates or date ranges for individual episodes in order to pull data such as listens, locations devices etc
