Absolute EXCELLENT customer service
Absolute EXCELLENT customer service. Having very little technical knowledge I contacted several podcast hosting sights to ask for guidance. All but Buzzsprouts just gave me vague auto-responses to my concerns. I actually was able to communicate with REAL humans here. Their staff was incredibly helpful, clear and gave easy to understand directions. Can't say enough how much I appreciate every one of them! Great service, great price, great value.

Best option ever!
I really like this podcast host. I use the free version during 90 days without any problem and even got technical support without paying or been on a pay plan. Now I paid for one of their services and I am happy. I looked for other options and even though were free they didn't feel like truthworthy.

Great tool and platform
Great tool and platform. I think it is easy to use. I think there is room for improvement but I am happy with it to launch my podcast shows on line.

Buzzsprout has been great!
Buzzsprout has been great for our new podcast. They provided guides and any help along the way to make it possible. I was able to learn a lot of tips to get us up on going.

Yes, very happy with this service. I can create my podcast, upload it and it gets to Apple, Spotify etc with no fuss

Excellent customer service!
Every email I sent was answered in a timely manner I really appreciate that! The attentiveness and support is nothing short of excellent! Please keep up the good work, great customer service is hard to come by and Buzzsprout has the best I have experienced in a while. You can tell that the people that help you actually like their job. I feel like I made a great choice with Buzzsprout.
