Prompt support when asked for.
I needed the URL for my first upcoming podcast in order to have the show listed in a national magazine registry and I was under somewhat of a deadline. I had the registration form filled out but for that last piece of info. It was after hours when I sent an email query to Buzzsprout asking for the URL. Pricilla responded within an hour even though I had discovered the URL quite by accident and canceled my request. Regardless, the prompt response to ensure I had everything I needed gave my ...

I had an issue with getting my podcast on Itunes
I use, and love, Buzzsprout for my podcast. I was having an issue with getting my podcast on Apple, and they weren't really solving it. Then I submitted my problem to Buzzsprout and they responded with 5 minutes via email. Wow! Megan knew exactly what my issue was and she sent me specific steps to resolve it, which she did! I cannot say enough great things about Megan and about Buzzsprout. Give that woman a raise!
