Great method

Really love the method and so good to do a lesson early morning and to repeat as often as I need. Have had an extremely stressful and busy week with sick friends etc and got irritated at all the emails I received Well meant for motivating students but annoying if its impossible to study. Would be good to have a choice, eg 1, 3 (or however many) email / text reminders per week. Couldn't find anywhere on website to comment on or request that.

I had a small issue with my language learning app and sent an email to Busuu. They replied back with a solution within a day. Also, the language learning app is well done and useful. This is a trustworthy and reliable company.

Charged my account $79 twice for a premium subscription even though I never signed up for one and accused me of lying when I asked for a refund. Edit: After talking to a representative of Busuu I was given a refund for both charges. And am now pleased with my experience at Busuu.

This is exactly what I was looking for…

This is exactly what I was looking for in an online experience with French. Interesting, relevant exercises that include increasing your vocabulary, some practice speaking and writing. Short exercises and fun to do.

The excercises are fun, but the app is very buggy

The excercises are fun and it is (for me) a joy to do them BUT the software is very buggy. For example: - You can't report issues bc you always get an error (That was the case, when I wanted to report an issue multiple times, when the task was, that you shoud write down what you have heard [that was ,,Can I book a table, please?" and the expectatin was: ,,To be at a restaturant" or something like that] - The simulated dialougs are bugy as well - If you press the button ,,Next lesson" you ...
